how do i use?

Place one drop under the tongue or, as an alternative, mix 7 drops in 1/4 cup water, 4 to 7 times daily.  One or two drops of the undiluted essence may also be added to a warm bath or applied, using the tip of your finger, on to the temples, forehead, throat, inner wrists or ankles.  (Please note:  This product is safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.)  As with all of our remedies, you will receive optimum results with regular use.
